The questions people ask before paying
- How much does a QR code cost?
- Nothing for a static one. Editable (dynamic) codes: Free holds 3, and Starter holds 100 for $5 a month, about $0.05 a code once it’s full.
- What exactly am I charged?
- The price on the plan you pick, in US dollars. It renews at that same amount, monthly or yearly. There’s no introductory rate that jumps later.
- How do I cancel?
- In Billing, in two clicks: no email, no call, no retention offer. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- What happens to my codes after I cancel?
- They keep working. The account drops to Free: your 3 oldest editable items stay editable, the rest keep their last link. A code pauses only after at least 90 days, then 90 days unscanned, with an email first, and nothing is deleted.
- Do you charge per scan?
- No. Scans are unlimited on every plan, and a code that suddenly gets busy is never throttled.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, any time. An upgrade starts at once, with credit for the unused part of your period; before your first charge goes through there’s nothing to credit. A downgrade starts when the period ends.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full, for any reason. After that we refund billing errors, duplicate charges and paid features that failed on our side. EEA and UK consumers also keep their legal 14-day right to withdraw.
